#ME TOO is everywhere – GEFYRA participates to the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women (November 25, 2022)

Based on its corporate activism in favor of women’s rights, GEFYRA is participating to the activities of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women (November 25, 2022) jointly with the “SOLIDARITY PYLONS – KOSTIS STEPHANOPOULOS” Social Action Platform, which is composed by more than 50 societal associations of Western Greece, defending the rights of fellow citizens with disabilities hit by serious diseases, abuse and negation of rights.
A video (in Greek subtitles) is released on this occasion, while the electronic variable messaging system of the Bridge is alternatively displaying “NOV 25/ INTERNATIONAL DAY - INTERNATIONAL REQUEST” and “ELIMINATION OF VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN”.
The adoption of corporate activism policies was initiated by GEFYRA on the occasion of the Rio-Antirrio bridge’s 15th birthday, in 2019 and all related actions are implemented by “Theta-Energia” platform, coordinated by female active citizens and journalists, with the support of GEFYRA and of the Region of Western Greece.
