It has been 19 years since the most brilliant Greek summer in the country's modern history. It was the year 2004, which began with the conquest of the European Football Championship on July 4th and culminated with the ATHENS 2004 Olympic Games. In between, the Olympic torch relay had crossed the Rio - Antirrio Bridge on August 7th, a few days before the Charilaos Trikoupis Bridge was inaugurated and opened to traffic on 12 August.

We the people of the company, do not express our "Happy Birthday" to our Bridge as a wish, but as a long-term commitment, so that the Rio Antirio Bridge, even after its completion in 2004, will continue to be a reference point at national and global level in the maintenance and operation of infrastructure projects, symbolizing a creative and progressive country that makes us proud.
