GEFYRA S.A. aims mainly at offering direct and comprehensive services to its users, thus ensuring a comfortable and safe crossing of the Strait.

Within this framework, our company offers the Bridge users the following services:

  • Road Safety patrols are constantly traveling all along the Bridge 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to promptly offer their full assistance in case of vehicle breakdown or other emergency faced by the passengers;
  • Telephone Customer Service: call the telephone number 26340 39010. The telephone service operates on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m., on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 18:00 p.m.. The telephone customer service is available to the Bridge users for any information or issue relevant to the operation of the Bridge and the services provided, as well as to receive their requests and remarks;
  • Emergency (SOS) Phones (orange) can be found at all Bridge pylons. The user can communicate directly with the Traffic Management Center in case of vehicle breakdown or other emergency;
  • Motorway Traffic Management Center equipped with integrated visual and electronic surveillance systems and systems to manage the traffic on the Bridge. The Center operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and timely and effectively manages all incidents that may occur, while it ensures the safe and smooth vehicles traffic on the Bridge;
  • Free roadside assistance service to immobilized vehicles. In case your vehicle is immobilized on the Bridge, a tow car sent by our roadside assistance will carry it free of charge to a safe place outside the Bridge, ensuring the safety of the passengers, the vehicle and the passing users.
