By registering to the online services, you gain access to information and transactions related to your e-pass account, such as your latest crossings, the current balance of your account, invoices from previous periods and so on.
The service is available through the dedicated website at www.gefyraepass.gr or through the mobile app MyGefyra.

For your registration, you will need your Customer ID number, which can be found on the contract you have signed.
The user name and password that you will set for your website registration will also be valid for login in to the mobile app.

Through the website you can:
- Check your account balance
- Reload your account by using a bank card (no minimum amount required)
- Find your Online Payment Code (RF) for reloading your account through web banking
- See your account history of crossings
- Download invoices from previous periods
- Set automated email notification when your account balance reaches a certain low amount
- Add new transponders or products
- Personalize your account and update your personal information
MyGefyra app
If you are away from your computer or during your travel, you can gain access to your account through the mobile app, and:
- Check your available balance
- Add money by using your bank card
- See the Online Payment Code (RF) for adding money through web banking
*From 15/6/24 the minimum reload amount in a manual lane for the discount e-pass products of category 2 is 60€, while for all other categories is 100€ (this is valid only for products that are allowed to be reloaded in lane). To reload your account with a smaller amount, use the online services at www.gefyraepass.gr, the MyGefyra app or reload via web banking with the RF code provided for your product.
