SCHEDULED TECHNICAL UPGRADES

As part of the investments of the concession company for the continuous improvement of the services provided, the Rio-Antirio Bridge would like to inform all subscribers to GEFYRA e-pass programs that on Monday, January 13, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the online account management systems will be unavailable due to scheduled technical upgrade works.

During these works:

  • It will not be possible to reload the e-pass account electronically (via the MyGefyra app, the online service www.gefyraepass.gr or via web banking) or through the toll lanes of the Bridge and the Customer Service Department.
  • It will not be possible to access electronic services (for balance updates, crossings, etc.) through the MyGefyra application or the online service at www.gefyraepass.gr

We kindly ask subscribers who are going to travel, to ensure that their accounts are reloaded in a timely manner during the previous days, in order to ensure smooth crossings through all toll stations.

All electronic e-pass lanes will operate normally through out the duration of the works.

We do apologize for any inconvenience caused due to the works. For any information or clarification, please contact the Customer Service Department.
